Refund policy

At Kado-Ten, we want customers to shop with confidence while also protecting the integrity of collectible items.

RETURNS – CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:
• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Please note:
• Returned items must be securely packaged
• We recommend tracked postage for returns
• We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the item is returned used, damaged, altered, or not in its original condition

GRADED CARDS
For graded cards and slabs:
• The exact item shown in the product images is the item you will receive
• Please review all images carefully before purchase
• Returns will only be accepted if the slab is returned in the same condition as sent
• Returns may be refused or reduced if the slab has been tampered with, cracked, damaged, or altered after delivery

FAULTY / DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In these cases, we will work with you to provide:
• A refund
• A replacement (if available)
• Or another suitable resolution

POSTAGE COSTS
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return cost where appropriate.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return where applicable).
