Kado-Ten is an online store specialising in Pokémon trading cards, graded cards, and related collectible products.

2. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible.

Please note:
• Product images form part of the description
• For graded cards, the exact slab/card shown in the images is the item you will receive unless otherwise stated
• Colours and image appearance may vary slightly depending on screen/device settings

3. CONDITION OF COLLECTIBLES
Collectible cards and graded products may show normal characteristics of their grade, slab casing, or manufacturing process.

Where applicable:
• Graded cards are sold according to the grading company’s assigned grade
• Buyers should review product images carefully before purchase
• We are not responsible for subjective opinions on centering, print quality, or grading standards where the item received matches the item shown and described

4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices shown are in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered and therefore do not charge VAT.

We reserve the right to:
• Change prices at any time
• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders where a clear pricing or listing mistake has occurred
• Limit or refuse orders where stock is unavailable or an error has been made

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This does not mean your order has been fully accepted.

A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders before dispatch where necessary, including but not limited to:
• Stock issues
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect listing details

6. PAYMENT
We accept payment methods offered at checkout through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods shown on our website.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights relating to returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including logos, branding, text, images, and design elements created by Kado-Ten, remains the property of Kado-Ten unless otherwise stated.

Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, ACE Grading, and any related names, logos, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and resale purposes only.

Kado-Ten is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or ACE Grading.

10. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

You must not:
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
