Shipping policy

At Kado-Ten, we take care to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched promptly.

1. DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to send your order as quickly as possible.

2. UK SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Typical UK shipping options may include:

• Tracked Delivery

3. PACKAGING
All cards and collectibles are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

Depending on the item, packaging may include:
• Sleeves
• Toploaders
• Protective card backing
• Reinforced mailers or cardboard protection
• Bubble wrap or additional outer packaging for graded cards and slabs

4. GRADED CARDS
Graded cards are packaged securely to help minimise movement and reduce the risk of transit damage.

We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for higher-value items.

5. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the postal or courier service used.

Once an item has been dispatched, delivery is outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Royal Mail
• Courier delays
• Strikes
• Weather disruption
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

6. TRACKING
Where a tracked service is selected, tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

7. LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at:

We will do our best to help investigate delayed or missing parcels.

Please note that postal services may require a certain amount of time to pass before an item can officially be treated as lost.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

9. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
• The item
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
